DriveLock announces new product updates

DriveLock announces new product updates

Munich, Germany. 20 July 2017 – DriveLock SE has announced two new product releases, both of which are available immediately to customers.

Along with a range of fixes, the DriveLock Feature Release 7.7.4 has a wealth of new features. Notably, the new version can download and install anti-virus definition directly and incrementally from the DriveLock Cloud. This makes it easier for branch offices to update their installation efficiently. In addition, DriveLock no longer requires an Oracle system account for a new table space (e.g. for new tenants). The new release also includes major performance improvements when working with voluminous reports.

The DriveLock Maintenance Release 7.6.16 comprises a range of enhancements including updated support for Windows 10 version 1703.

“The new releases are designed to help branch offices that don’t have a good network connection between their locations,” says Anton Kreuzer, CEO at DriveLock. “It’s a great combination of efficiency and top-flight security.”
