Updates concern: Security, ease of use, DriveLock Operations Center, Microsoft BitLocker and more
Munich, July 2019 - DriveLock is publishing the new release 2019.1 with numerous enhancements and improvements. New features include a streamlined management of BitLocker, an easier policy distribution, and the new and easy-to-use DriveLock Operations Center. The new version offers numerous enhancements in the areas of application and device control, encryption and security, and even combines the elements Data Protection, Endpoint Protection, Endpoint Detection & Response and Identity & Access Management.

"This version offers, among other things, improvements for the application and interface control areas, and simplifies the management of Microsoft BitLocker. Existing BitLocker configurations, for example, can be integrated into the DriveLock Management at the touch of a button."
Version 2019.1 also comes with the new DriveLock Operations Center (DOC) for on-premise customers. The modern web-based interface offers numerous administration and visualization options. Ready-to-use dashboards keep organizations informed about the current state of their environment, and enable the easy and centralized performance of management tasks.
An improved user-friendliness makes it easier to work with DriveLock in the operative environment. Group-specific configurations can be deployed to the endpoints flexibly and precisely. The lean control of the affiliations to both static and dynamic groups allows a target group-specific distribution of guidelines.
With Release 2019.1 DriveLock also updated the Managed Security Services, so that customers who opt for a fully managed IT security solution can also benefit from the complete range of functions.
